Visual Findings:

A fully grown rabbit is about  40 to 50 cm long (head an body)  and can weigh 1.2-2 kgs
They have Elongated hind legs  and long ears

Habitat Findings:

It lives communally with other rabbits  in a system of burrows, known as a warren.
Found in hedgerows, banking,  woods, gardens, farms etc

Consumption Findings:

Eats around 0.5kgs of green food per day

Extra Information:

Breeds January – August.  Gestation period 4 weeks.  2 – 4 litters per annum.  3 – 6 young per litter.
May conceive 2 days after giving birth. Damage caused by rabbits is estimated  at £100 million per annum
